High speed homogeniser can be used for high speed dispersion, homogenization of high viscous liquid or pasty material.

The mixing shaft is supported by heavy duty bearing housing and Teflon bush at the bottom for vibration free performance. The Tie bars are also provided for extra rigidity and trouble free performance. The homogenizer is complete with standard electric motor. 3phase 220V, 380 V and flame proof construction is available as per requirement. The contact parts are manufactured from SS 304/ SS316/ SS316L construction as per requirement. The high speed homogenisers can be manufactured as per GMP norms for pharmaceuticals or Bio applications. Two different speeds are available 2800 and 1400 rpm for various application and volume. Different types of impeller like saw tooth cutter, stator-rotor are used for various dispersing application. Different mounting arrangements like flange mount, hanger mount are available. The mixers can be mounted on specially designed heavy duty fabricated lifting lowering stand.

Features:

Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed and fabricated Double Helical Ribbon Shaft rotating within. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical ribbons. The outer ribbons move the
material from the ends to the center while the inner ribbons move the material from the center to ends. This counter-current action causes good blending. The ribbons rotate at approximately 100 meters per minute and move the materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are used for blends that will be between 40% and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender. An alternate agitator is the paddle design. The paddles are positioned to move materials in opposing lateral directions and radially. The paddle design is normally applied where friable materials are being blended and when batches as small as 25% of the total capacity are going to be mixed in one blender.
